You set for us directly. Straight cold outbound from your own account to coaches, consultants and agencies who already sell an offer, booking them onto our calendar. This is the side that brings new clients into the agency, so it's where most of our seats are.
You set on a client's account for their offer. Two jobs in one: working the inbound that lands in their DMs from the content they're already putting out, and cold outbound on top of it. Their page already has the following, so conversations open a lot faster than they do cold.
You work the phone on an offer that already has leads sitting in it. Most coaches have hundreds of old enquiries nobody ever called, and a booking calendar leaking no-shows. That's the whole job, and it's usually the fastest money on any account.
You take the calls the setters book and close them. Calls come pre-qualified, so you're not spending your day on people who were never buying. We take experienced closers only — you'll be on a live offer within days of the call, not in training for a month.
What you earn
Paid on cleared deals, not promises. Commission runs 5–10% depending on the role and the offer, and the offers themselves run four to twelve thousand dollars — so a single close is a real month for most people starting out. Reps who stack more than one offer go well past the target.
